Robbie Garner

Robbie Garner

President

Robbie Garner graduated from UNCW in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems. Before purchasing ACS in 2006, he worked for a small, family owned manufacturing company for over 10 years. He has firsthand experience managing projects ranging from complete ERP and infrastructure implementations as well as non-IT related projects, such as ISO 9000 implementations. Robbie has developed many database applications that are still in use today. Now with 17 years of industry experience, his primary role at ACS is sales and management, while he continues to work on tickets and perform technician duties. Robbie enjoys working with clients, loves business and is always learning how to do things better to help our clients with their IT needs. In his time away from the office, Robbie enjoys spending time with his family and going to the beach.


Christopher Lewis

Christopher Lewis

Senior Network Engineer

After attending Tennessee Technology Institute, Christopher Lewis sought Microsoft certifications for System Administration and Engineering. He founded a company providing wireless Internet service to users across a vast array of neighborhoods and business where traditional Internet was unavailable. Christopher has experience establishing wireless communications across the Southeastern United States and the Virgin Islands. He brought his skills and experience to Atlantic Computer Services in 2009, where he engineers efficient and reliable IT solutions. He enjoys working with our clients, and is dedicated to helping them get the most out of their technology investments by teaching them about their networks. Christopher is currently a licensed pilot and enjoys flying any chance he gets. Applying his disciplines not only on the ground, but in the air.


Josh Miller

IT Specialist

Originally from New Jersey, Josh Miller has been with ACS since September of 2010. In 2002 he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. With 10 years of IT industry experience, Josh is certified as a Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Certified Design Associate as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time at the beach, going downtown and visiting friends.


Josh Chamberlain

Network Engineer

Josh came to ACS in June of 2011 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Network Communications Management at DeVry University in 2010. He is a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician as well as a Cisco Certified Network Associate. Josh is currently pursuing his Cisco CCNP: Routing & Switching certification. With more than eight years of industry experience, Josh assists with implementing and maintaining SMB networks to ensure business continuity for all ACS clients. This Western Pennsylvania native moved south to escape the big city atmosphere and be closer to family, and in his free time can usually be found working on his fine LCD tan and skydiving when he has the chance.


John Hollar

Network Technician

At ACS John Hollar uses his experience working in support for software, hardware and desktops, as well as servers, networks and phone systems. His near decade's worth of industry experience includes working with data centers and ISPs. Originally from Washington D.C., John moved to North Carolina after a year traveling the East Coast. Since joining ACS his role has allowed him to help customers, offering quality support and services. Away from the world of tech, John enjoys gaming, meditation and hiking. He's also keen on role playing games and is a minister.


Jennifer Gibbs

Office Manager

Jen joined ACS in January of 2014 as Office Manager. She brings to the table over a decade of experience in office administration/management, having worked in the office environment since high school. Jen assists ACS in A/P, A/R, dispatching of service tickets and most importantly client satisfaction. Having been in customer service roles her entire career, she has a great desire to provide top notch customer service to each and every client. Jen is a rare Wilmington native with a huge passion for music, loves to sing and is currently taking some courses that will further her development as a musician.


Bart Bartlett

Network Technician

With nearly a decade of IT experience, Bart uses his skills to help to provide excellent customer service. Most at home when working side by side with clients, Bart uses his experience working with different types of people to achieve success. Raised in the small North Carolina town of Carthage, Bart moved to Wilmington in 2008 to pursue opportunities in Technology and IT. Away from the computer, Bart is a trained Martial Artist. With over 8 years of training, he currently holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jujitsu and is ranked in Muay Thai under the North American Muay Thai Federation.


Josh Fryar

Helpdesk Technician

The rare native Wilmingtonian, Josh Fryar joined ACS in March of 2017 and brought with him over ten years of hardware and software support experience. Josh has worked in a wide variety of settings in a support role, including real estate, manufacturing, emerging internet technologies, and IT management. He recently moved back to North Carolina from San Francisco, California, which has atrocious weather. He enjoys spending time with his niece and nephew, reading science fiction, and fishing without much success.
