A lot of IT companies want to skip discovery and go straight to a proposal — because that’s how they sell. We don’t. The reason: most IT proposals are written generically and adapted to the prospect in the cover letter. We’d rather know your business first, then tell you (in writing or otherwise) whether we can actually help.
If the discovery call ends with “you’re probably fine where you are,” that’s a useful outcome. If it ends with “here’s what we’d actually do,” that’s a useful outcome too. Either way, you walked away with information you didn’t have before.

The short answer: A 30-minute conversation with Robbie Garner, owner of ACS. No pitch, no proposal. The goal is to understand your business and your current IT situation, and to give you an honest read on whether ACS is the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll tell you and point you somewhere better.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. There's no charge for the initial 30-minute conversation. We do this because the conversation costs us less than writing a generic proposal we'd have to revise — and it's a better experience for you too.
Will you try to sell me on the call?
No. The call is a fact-finding conversation, not a sales pitch. If managed IT is a fit, we'll suggest a follow-up where we can walk through a proposal. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you why and point you somewhere better.
How quickly can you call me back?
We aim for one business hour from form submission to first contact. If we can't reach a real human in your business at that point, we'll keep trying through the day.
What if I'm already an ACS client?
This form is for prospects. If you're already a client, the fastest path is to call (910) 799-6538 or use the scheduling page.
Will my information be used for marketing?
We'll add you to our contacts in our CRM and may include you in occasional ACS updates (1-2 emails per quarter). You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell or share your contact info with anyone else.
What if I just want a quote, not a discovery call?
We don't quote without a discovery call. Every business is different enough that a quote without context isn't a real quote — it's a guess. If you want our published pricing as a reference, see our pricing page.
